Are tickets refundable or can I reschedule?
Tickets cannot be refunded or rescheduled once purchased as your space on the tour has been guaranteed. We cannot provide partial refunds for no shows, late arrivals or partial attendance resulting in missed tastings.

If a tour is sold out can I get on a waiting list?
We do not provide a waiting list. If a date and time is sold out, there is always a chance that we will add an additional tour on that day. Please email us at nosh@seattlebitesfoodtours.com and let us know what dates you require.

What happens if it rains?
The tours are held rain or shine. Please dress for the day’s weather conditions. Even though 90% of the tour is conducted undercover we still consider an umbrella a prudent fashion accessory.

How much food is served on the food tour?
Seattle Bites is known for its BIG bites. We visit and nosh between 9-10 merchant stops. Enough food is served that for most people, lunch is not necessary afterwards.

Yes! We sample delicious artisanal family-owned Italian wines.

What if I have dietary restrictions?
Please be sure and let us know if you or anyone in your group has dietary restrictions (e.g. vegetarian, diabetic, nut allergy, etc.) when you purchase your tickets. With advance notice, we typically can accommodate your request with appropriate substitutions.

How much walking is involved?
Tours generally last about 2 1/2 or 3 hours. We are on our feet a good portion of the time but our walk is leisurely and there are a few places to sit and rest along the way.

Does the tour have anything to offer a Seattle native?

Definitely! Many of our tour guests are locals. Having felt they knew the market inside and out they tell us how surprised they are with all the undiscovered gems for eating, shopping and entertainment as well as historic tidbits. It’s a wonderful way to reconnect with your hometown and its beloved market.

Can I shop on the tour?
Seattle Bites likes to shop! However, we only allow a few minutes for those impulse buys at the specialty shops. Staying on schedule is important so we encourage you to return to your favorite locations at the end of the tour for those leisurely purchases and take advantage of your 10% merchant discounts!
